From the Henry Ford Medical Center.  This video features incredible breakthrough technology in regards to targeted radiation.  For the first time in history, the Linac MRIdian allows physicians to be able to see and target radiation treatments in real time.  This allows doctors to control the radiation beam without harming healthy areas around a cancerous tumor that may move naturally during treatment.

From Willam Beaumont Hospital System:  Kongkrit Chaiyasate, Director of Reconstructive Surgery, tackles the most difficult case of his career.  Patient, Tim McGrath had half of his faced removed due to a cancerous tumor.  The first surgery, done by another surgeon, was unsuccessful, leaving Tim without hope.  Dr Chaiyasate, “The Dr. of Hope”, was able to successfully reconstruct Mr. McGrath’s face, and change his life for the better.

From McLaren Health System:  Dr. Sibin Zacharias is an Interventional Cardiologist.  His patient Anthony Widick, arrived at the hospital with acute chest pains and his abnormal EKG showed he was having a heart attack.  After the surgery Dr. Zacharias sent Mr. Widick home with a Zoll Life Vest.  A “Life Vest” protects cardiac patients who have a damaged heart from having a second attack during recovery.  Mr. Widick did indeed have a second heart attack and slumped on the couch motionless.  The life vest defibrillated Mr. Widick and saved his life.

From The Detroit Medical Center:  Dr. Amir Kaki introduces the Impella, the world’s smallest heart pump.  The Impella is a small catheter that fits through the leg or arm artery and rests in the ventricle.  The Impella then acts as a flow pump from the ventricle to the aorta.  The device compliments the heart function to make it sustainable with life.  This is the story of how the Impella heart pump helped 23-year-old Zach Grube return to a normal life after his near fatal heart attack.

Cinematic Memoirs™

“Life goes on even after we perish. So make sure the legacy you leave behind is full of memories the world can cherish…”

Share Your Life Story

In a hundred years, what will your ancestors know about you? How do you wish to be remembered?  By means of Google docs and bank accounts? What steps have you taken to ensure your family history will not be lost?  What is your life and your legacy worth? NASA Physicist George Gloeckler understood the importance of legacy and had the Invisible Lens tell his story.

Let your family see, feel, and hear your life story.

Generations are leaving this earth without voices and without footprints. Whether you a career-driven entrepreneur or a refugee of war, you have an important story to tell.

Your life stories, your life histories, start and stop with you. Your struggles, your heartaches, your triumphs, your failures and achievements all deserve permanence.
